Welcome to our weekend escape. We simply do not have time to enjoy this wonderful little lakeside condo enough as we would like, so we would like to share it with others. We hope you enjoy this retreat as much as we do. If you are looking for a quaint little place to enjoy Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs, this is the perfect alternative to a motel!  This little 1 bedroom unit with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper is located right on the lake yet still close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. It is 2 minutes from Wal mart and 4 minutes from the Mall. Oaklawn park with racing and gaming awaits only 7 minutes from Buena Vista. Beautiful Historic Downtown Hot Springs is only 15 minutes up Central Avenue!  Visit the Wax Museum or take a tour of the Fordyce bathhouse. And Don't forget about the kids, Magic Springs  and Mid America Museum are only 20 minutes away!

 Nightly rates:

Jan 15th thru September 15th $95 per night  Sun - Thurs.

Jan 15th thru September 15th $110 per night Fri & Sat

September 16th thru Jan 14th $75 per night  Sun - Thurs

September 16th thru Jan 14th $95 per night  Fri & Sat

 Cleaning Fee: $35 per stay (not per day)

A boat Launch is located right in front of the building. Don't have a boat? No Problem, a professional guide is available on site! Or if water sports are more your liking,  boat rentals are available.  Straight across the Lake is Garvan Woodland Gardens. 

A covered grilling area, fish cleaning station, swimming dock, olympic size pool, ample parking, and plenty of green room to roam are all available for your use and enjoyment! All for about the same cost as a motel thats located far from the water!

Weekly Rates:

Jan 15th thru September 15th $550 per week (7 nights)

September 16th Thru Jan 14th $425 per week (7 nights)

Monthly Rates:

Jan - April  $900 per month

May - August  $1,150  per month

Sept - Dec     $775 per month

Deposit to hold Reservation - 1 nights stay

Balance due 7 days prior to occupancy.

Cleaning Fee: $35 per stay (not per day)

What We Do

 We offer Nightly (two night minimum), weekly or monthly rates. Our Unit will sleep 4 adults with comfort!  We are a phone call away with any problems or questions you may have during your stay. We have cable tv  for your pleasure during your stay! Boat and water toy rentals are located just minutes away! Get in your boat and cruise to Fishermans Wharf, Gilligans, Smylys or Does in just a few minutes. Or just sit back on the porch and enjoy one of the most beautiful views on Lake Hamilton.
